Available funding for Environmental and Energy Training and Assistance
The Environmental Academy can assist candidates from UK companies in applying for funding for training and consultancy services. Companies employing up to 250 employees are eligible.

The Environmental Academy can also access funding for manufacturing companies in the North East of England through the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS). MAS helps manufacturers to become more productive, covering product conception through to distribution (including design and warehousing).
The five areas they advise on are:
- Lean manufacturing
- Business Operations
- Product design
- Energy Efficiency
- Resource Efficiency
We can arrange for a representative from MAS to visit you to discuss available funding. Funding is available from August 2009 to end March 2011.
